Packages may be upgraded for an additional fee.
A spa lunch may be added to any package for $12.00

All prices are introductory and subject to change without notice.
Appointments
We recommend that reservations be made in advance to guarantee
availability. All appointments will require a credit card to reserve
the time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to
appointment time. Service is not guaranteed for late arrivals. You
will be contacted one day in advance to remind you of your
appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require that a 24-hour notice be provided when canceling
appointments for salon and spa services. Groups of 3 or more
requesting spa services are required to cancel 48 hours in advance.
Because we value the time of our staff, a 50% charge will be applied
in the event you do not cancel in the time allotment and a full
service charge will be applied for a no show.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is appreciated for
outstanding service.
A 15% gratuity is included in the price of all spa packages.
Children/Cell Phones
Our guests come to us to relax and get away. Therefore, we have
implemented a new policy effective September 1, 2007 that children
under the age of 12 not recieving services will not be allowed in the
spa. Please make babysitting arrangements prior to your appoinment
with us.
Spa Romana is a quiet environment, please silence or turn off cell
phones when entering the facility
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
- All Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates are non refundable.
- Spa Romana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards/ certificates or for any unauthorized use.
- Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase. No exceptions.
- Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates must be present at time of service or purchase.
